Since 2001, Fedwell Catering has been serving the Maui community and its visitors as well. Owner and executive chef Paul Lamparelli moved to Maui in 1999 after many years as chef of popular Michigan restaurants.
After several years cooking in a prestigious Maui restaurant, Chef Paul helped start Dr. Fedwell Catering as a means of providing the island's ever growing local and visitor population with creative specialized cuisine.
Chef Paul Lamparelli is a graduate of the acclaimed culinary arts program at Schoolcraft College in Michigan, where he received expert instruction and personal inspiration from several of Michigan's Master Chefs.
This diverse training is evident in the broad number of culinary styles he can execute perfectly and professionally.
