What makes Fedwell Catering different than other catering services?
We use the freshest and highest quality ingredients we can find, with an emphasis on local specialties. We also bring all the necessary equipment to prepare all food fresh at the event location whenever possible.

Yes we do. Please inquire about what we can do for you. We can also refer you to excellent Maui wedding professionals.

I am interested in Fedwell Catering for my event, what do I do next?
Send us an email or give us a call with the details of your event. Then we can help you select a menu. Once you have chosen a menu, we will get you a price estimate. You can always call with more questions, needs, or details. Once all is in agreement, we will have you sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit.

What if I want to change my menu?
You can change most items up to 10 days prior to the event. If you have signed a contract, we will send you a new one and the difference in cost if any will be calculated towards the balance paid on the day of the event.

What if my guest count changes?
You can change your guest count up to 2 weeks prior to the event. If your count goes down significantly, the price can increase to reflect labor costs. We will send you a new contract if the cost changes, and the difference will be calculated in the balance paid on the day of the event.

Can I offer different entree choices for a plated dinner?
We would suggest a split entree, where guests can enjoy good portions of both. However, choice of entree is possible with guest choices made in advance and a seating chart for serving the correct entrees.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, and it will save you money. We can serve it for you, just not sell it to you. Part of the info we will need from you will be what drinks you want to serve. Then we can bring the proper glassware and coordinate any mixers.

Should I bring my own wine?
There are numerous fine establishments in Maui purveying fine wine and spirits, and some of them deliver.

What will your staff be wearing?
For most events, our staff will be in black pants, black shoes, and aloha print shirts. For a more formal look, white button down shirts can be worn upon request. Our staff always looks professional and presentable.
